Indicated Uses:

Blue Lamp: Generally indicated for the treatment of Dermatological conditions and specifically indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris. I may be used alone or in combination with FDA approved topical agents.

Red Lamp: Generally indicated for Photo Rejuvenation in the reduction of Fine lines and wrinkles, increasing collagen production and improving circulation, which improves skin health.

Protocol:

Blue, Acne treatment consists of twice weekly sessions for 3 – 4 weeks. Treatments times are 11-18 minutes per session.

Red, Photo Rejuvenation treatment consists of once a week sessions for 6 – 8 weeks. Treatments times are 20-25 minutes per session.

Results will then be evaluated and a second series of treatments may be suggested for severe problems.
The number of treatments will be related to how long the client has had the problem and the severity of the problem.
Maintenance treatments are usually required every 45-90 days or on an as needed basis.
It is recommend that the patient comes in 2 weeks post treatment and 4 weeks post treatment for pictures and re-evaluation to determine if additional series is needed.
